When tools can build anything, what would you choose to build?
I'm Director of Product Management at Audible, working on conversational discovery and personalization. Before this I have built pro-code and no-code AI platforms at Microsoft as well as vertical industry AI stacks. I host the Boston OpenClaw community meetup and hackathon, and I write about AI and share my learning.

Things I've shipped, mostly.
Conversational discovery for audiobooks
Leading GenAI-powered, multi-turn discovery on Audible's catalog — the first AI-powered audiobook search at scale. Search and personalization fuel ~40% of company revenue.
AI Tools in Copilot Studio
Launched the no-code prompt authoring experience that hit 300K MAU and 150M monthly predictions — 75B tokens, 20% MoM growth. Featured in Satya's Build '25 keynote.
What I've been reading.
Mostly AI, product, and business. I keep this updated when I remember to.

A page about a person.
I've been a product manager for twenty years — long enough to have shipped on Symbian phones, OpenAI APIs, and most things in between. The thread through all of it is the same: AI products that actually meet people where they are.
Today I lead conversational discovery at Audible, helping listeners find their next book through natural, multi-turn conversation. Before this I spent a decade at Microsoft — most recently as Principal PM on Copilot Studio, where I launched Prompt Builder (300K monthly makers, 150M predictions a month, featured in Satya's Build '25 keynote).
