I've been a product manager for twenty years — long enough to have shipped on Symbian phones, OpenAI APIs, and most things in between. The thread through all of it is the same: AI products that actually meet people where they are.

Today I lead conversational discovery at Audible, helping listeners find their next book through natural, multi-turn conversation. Before this I spent a decade at Microsoft — most recently as Principal PM on Copilot Studio, where I launched Prompt Builder (300K monthly makers, 150M predictions a month, featured in Satya's Build '25 keynote).

Before Copilot Studio, I led AI product work in Microsoft Cloud for Energy & Sustainability — methane detection with Chevron, Shell, Equinor, SLB — and filed two patents on emissions sensing. Earlier still, Nokia: identity and analytics on 300M+ phones.

I speak often (GenAI World, Power Platform Conference, AI Community Conference, ODSC), occasionally on podcasts (AI Realized, Microsoft AI Show, Copilot Show), and write at Substack when there's something worth saying.
